One of the nifty features of your WebbMail account is the ability to create multiple signup forms, which makes it easy to track where your new subscribers are coming from Your signup forms are accessible from the main Audience screen, there is a Forms link in the menu on the left side of your screen.
Create more than one signup form.
If you have more than one brand template, you can create a matching signup form for each. You could also create one signup form to use on your website and a different one for use with the email campaigns you send. When you get ready to send a campaign, you can choose a signup to go with it. If someone receives your email campaign as a forward and clicks the ‘sign up’ link at the bottom, that’s the screen they’ll use to join your audience.
Personalize the thank-you note.
When someone new subscribes, a thank-you screen appears to confirm their entry and, well, say thanks. You can customize that thank-you note if you’d like. If you’re rewarding people who sign up with a link to special content, or a promotional code or some other incentive, you can easily add those things to the thank-you screen, knowing only people who subscribe will see it.
Welcome new subscribers with a quick confirmation email.
Each subscriber who joins your list will automatically receive a confirmation email. It’s a simple, plain-text email that’s personalized for each subscriber and sent immediately after they sign up. You can totally customize the welcome note to give it a more personal touch, add links to your web site, etc.
Link to your signup four different ways.
There are four ways to link to your signup screens: with a simple link (URL) you can use anywhere, perfect for inserting into an email; with a link that launches your signup in a pop-up window from any web page; with more advanced code to embed your signup as an iframe in your website; or with another advanced code to insert a customizable javascript object in your website. Click the arrow to the right of the signup screen name to get to the links to add it to your site.
